This notice covers the EscapeCouch launch website operated by Epoxlab, LLC. The mobile apps have their own privacy notice.

Launch updates

We use your purchase email to send founder-pass activation instructions and launch updates. The free waitlist is closed. If you previously joined it, we retain your email address, phone platform, signup time, campaign/source tags, and the version of the consent you accepted until they are no longer needed or you ask us to remove your signup.

Payments

Stripe handles checkout and payment details. We use your purchase email, payment status and order information to administer the founder pass, activation and refunds. This website does not receive or store your complete card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Hosting and abuse prevention

This site is hosted by Vercel. Any previous waitlist records are stored in EscapeCouch’s Supabase database. Hosting providers may process technical request information. The retired signup form used short-lived hashes for abuse prevention and did not store raw IP addresses in signup records. We do not use advertising trackers on this page.

Your choices

Email support@escapecouch.com to stop launch updates, request access or correction, or ask us to delete your signup. We keep signup information while it is needed for launch updates or until you withdraw. Purchase records may be retained for accounting, refunds and other applicable requirements.
